Baltimore County is not one uniform pool market.

A property in Towson or Ruxton presents different opportunities and constraints than a larger property in Phoenix, Monkton, Sparks, or Parkton. Established pools may be approaching major renovation cycles, while other homeowners are planning new pools on properties where topography, wells, septic systems, streams, or access can significantly influence construction.

Lothorian provides residential pool service, pool renovation, custom pool construction, and commercial aquatic support throughout Baltimore County.
