Inground Swimming Pool Maintenance & Service Packages

Our Service Plans:

At Lothorian Pools, we understand that swimming pools can require a lot of work. That's why we offer our pool cleaning services and expertise, so that you can rest assured knowing your pool will live a long and healthy life. Residents of Baltimore, Carroll and Harford County call upon our pool company to handle all of their pool and spa needs. Below, you will see our swimming pool maintenance services that are available with each plan.

Our Service Plans:

Basic

Includes Spring Opening and Winter Closing services.
Starting at

$930/Season

Spring Opening Services
  • Remove pool cover and store on the Owner's property.
  • Place pool circulation, filtration, and heater in use, in "as is" condition.
  • Remove winterization plugs and install Owner's fittings.
  • Reassemble and install pool deck equipment, i.e. ladder, dive, etc.
  • Add initial shock and sanitizer to pool water (Balancing Chemicals Included / Salt Excluded).
  • Mesh covered pools will be vacuumed on day of opening.
  • Solid covered pools include up to one hour pump time and leaf removal; Debris will be placed in bags and left for the Owner to dispose.
Winter Closing Services
  • Disassemble and store all pool deck equipment on Owner's property.
  • Lower water level to proper winterization levels.
  • Drain and winterize circulation, filtration, and heating system.
  • Remove pool fittings and void all plumbing of water with compressed air and plug.
  • Add appropriate winter algaecides and stain inhibitor (chemicals included).
  • Install the Owner's cover on pool.

Includes the complete BASIC MAINTENANCE PLAN plus two follow-up visits.
Starting at

$1,190/Season

Follow-up services include:
  • Check and clean debris from skimmers.
  • Check and clean debris from pool cleaning system, i.e. Polaris.
  • Clean watermark tile.
  • Check and analyze pool water chemistry (Balancing Chemicals Included / Salt Excluded).
  • Adjust stabilization chemicals (pH, alkalinity, chlorine).
  • Backwash filter as required (D.E. included).
  • Check and fill automatic chemical feeders (chemicals included).
  • Brush pool steps and benches.
  • Brush and clean debris from spa, if applicable.
  • Perform system check, including lights, heater, blower, controls.
